Customer Review Summary
The doner kebab is the most frequently praised item, with diners describing meat cut to perfection, not overly greasy and never cut off like belt straps, and one saying it feels light with none of the usual takeaway regret. The pizza comes close behind, called brilliant as always by a regular, and the calzone is described as large, though one reviewer found the crust dry and thick at the edges. Friendly, smiling service gets a mention too. The complaints are substantial and cluster around delivery and phone service. Reviewers report food arriving stone cold or lukewarm, an order that never showed up, a missing chicken shawarma, and a plain doner calzone that came smothered in chilli sauce. Others describe a shawarma heavy on food dye and short on seasoning, tough lamb, soggy chips, and a grilled chicken kebab salad with a chemical smell and taste. Several say the person on the phone kept repeating the same line, with no apology and no refund.

“I ordered 2 grilled chicken kebabs with salad...when they came our salad had a chemical smell and taste to it ..we were not able to eat this .I called cous cous to complain..all the guy on phone kept saying was that the salad was fresh prob about 5 times..I did not say it wasn't fresh but had a chemical taste to it and we were unable to eat the food ...we got no apology or compensation..because the salad and chicken was mixed in we could not eat it .such a waste of money..I emailed just eat who were no help either. My friends and family will not order again .I don't normally complain but paid for something I could not eat ..I have ordered from there previously but never again very poor customer service”

“Got a mixed chicken shawarma 4 small bits of chicken with herbs on. cooked very high as chewy. Lamb pieces were tuff over cook. Kabab meat was ok not work £17 for a box that you get small chips in. The kofta was ok with one random links sausage”

“Ordered delivery last night. Kept saying it was on its way. Just didn’t arrive. My experience couldn’t have been worse I suppose. Had to give the food one star since I didn’t get to eat it. Never going back there.”

“This takeaway was recommended by a friend, and I'd like to take the opportunity to thank him. The location is good—right on the corner of a junction, with fairly easy parking next to the building, even during busy times. The interior seems somewhat untidy. Unfortunately, they don’t accept cash payments, but you can withdraw £10 from the ATM in the nearby grocery shop. Despite a high volume of orders, the service was fast. The calzone was large and worth the price. The garlic sauce wasn’t original, and the crust felt dry and thick around the edges. Still, despite the payment inconvenience, IT'S A PLACE WORTH RETURNING TO! Communication was smooth, and the atmosphere felt calm—the team seemed well-coordinated and got along well. All the best, guys!”

“We got our usual and the pizza was brilliant as always but mixed kebab was a very small portion and the chips basically had to go right in the bin . Don't know if they were undercooked or just spent far too long in polystyrene carton but just soggy and inedible. Really over priced but still do the best pizza .”
