“Terrible customer sevice. Missing item from order AGAIN. Rang to complain and met with a horrible attitude from phone lady. Not helpful to customers at all. Cannot tell a customer who lives 10miniutes away 'the best you can do is replace the item or get a refund for the 1 item if you come back for it'. When it was your mistake. Will never be back.”
