Customer Review Summary
The chicken curry is what reviewers return to most, with several saying it can't be beaten, and one also praises the duck in plum sauce. Close behind is the staff, described as friendly, lovely and accommodating, along with the option to dine in at a spacious, comfortable seating area. Reviewers also note that wrong orders are put right, and a few mention the new delivery bags and fresh vegetables. The main trade-off is the wait for delivery and takeaway on busy nights and weekends, which some accept as the price of popularity, while another reviewer reports never waiting long. A smaller group of longtime customers say quality has slipped. One says the salted chilli chicken now has a changed batter and too much pepper, and the chips are not as good. Another describes a takeaway as vile and declined a replacement meal. Even so, one reviewer who ordered for the first time in years came away a convert.

“Picked up a takeaway tonight. Staff were lovely upon collection. The food however was awful. I actually haven't tasted anything so vile in a long time. Very disappointed. Will never eat from there again and have declined the offer of a replacement meal. My advice is avoid this place.”
