“Fortunately I didn't experience any of the bad issues as in previous reviews. My experience on probably their busiest night of the year (Christmas eve) was excellent. The under pressure counter staff was polite & friendly with everyone and above all the food excellent.”

“Got their at 22:10 for them to try and lie saying their closed when their open till half 10 when they was then told their still open they made up another lie and said they have ran out of rice and chips will never be back at this place after wasting my time this is not the first time they have done this”

“absolutely shocking customer service, rang and ordered a half and half and tub of gravy, drove the whole way home to realise there was no gravy after spending (£15!!!!) on half and half and gravy?? when i rang to ask about it i got handed over to what i presume is the person that works in the kitchen that told me its not their fault that i didn’t get my gravy and that they would not send another one out and i have misplaced the gravy? very very disappointed from the lack of respect i got from the person on the other end of the phone as it was my go to chinese and i nor my friends or family will be back😢”

“phoned at 22:15 and had asked for collection but was greeted by a women that said sorry we are closed and hung up but shop doesn’t shut till 22:30 is pretty bad customer service”
