  “We had a really lovely experience at Miller & Carter! The food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant itself was clean and nicely presented. Our waitress, Rachel, was amazing. She was so lovely, helpful and funny, and she kept the atmosphere really enjoyable throughout our visit. Whenever we needed anything, she was straight over to help, which made us feel really well looked after. The only small downside was that the restaurant was quite busy and felt a little cramped at times, as the tables were quite close together. However, this didn't take away from the overall experience. The food was fantastic, the service was brilliant, and Rachel really made our visit special. We would definitely come back again!”

  “We came for a Friday date night and as always it was amazing from the service to the food. Max looked after our table and catered to every need and Kyle was our grill chef would cooked the steak and lobster to absolute perfection. Thank you”

  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an amazing dining experience! Everything from the food to the atmosphere was absolutely outstanding. The steaks were cooked to perfection, full of flavour, and every dish arrived exactly as ordered. A huge thank you to Miha and Mike, who made our evening truly special. Miha was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. She was attentive throughout our visit, gave excellent recommendations, and made us feel like valued guests from start to finish. Mike was equally fantastic, ensuring everything was perfect and helping deliver one of the best steak experiences we’ve had. Their teamwork, positive attitude, and genuine care for customers really stood out. Exceptional service, outstanding food, and a wonderful atmosphere. It’s rare to find staff who are so passionate about what they do. Thank you, Miha and Mike, for making our evening so memorable.   “Lizzie absolutely smashed it out of the park! Brilliant experience, the food (prepared by Jonah) was delicious, the fillet steaks were spot on and the Camembert mash as out of this world! All the food was consistently delicious. The service really enhanced the experience, pretty sure we wouldn’t have ordered a bottle of wine without her encouragement! And all the sides!! Will be back again soon.”

  “First visit to a M&C and this definitely did not disappoint. Service was fantastic thank you Gosia for all your M&C knowledge making our experience a memorable one. We ordered the Chateaubriand prepared by the amazing Dan who was in charge of the grill. Cooked to perfection and tasted stunning. Followed this up with creme brulee for desert. We booked M&C as our son bought us a voucher but we will definitely be back again. Thanks M&C Bessacarr.”

  “We had such a fantastic experience at Miller & Carter, made even better by Charlotte, who gave us amazing service from start to finish. She was so lovely and interacted brilliantly with our 10-month-old on his very first visit, which instantly made us feel comfortable and relaxed having him there. The food was absolutely 10/10 — the sharing board was worth every penny and one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. To top it all off, the little birthday treat at the end was such a thoughtful touch and really made the day extra special. A huge thank you to Charlotte for making our visit so memorable. From the moment we arrived, Harry gave us a warm and genuine welcome that immediately set the tone for the evening. He was friendly, attentive, and made everything feel effortless — exactly what great front-of-house hospitality should be. Charlotte P was equally outstanding throughout our meal. She was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive without ever being intrusive, and had such a positive, engaging presence. Every recommendation she made was spot-on, and she made sure our table had everything we needed at just the right moments. Together they created such a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere that really elevated the whole dining experience.
