  “Honestly the food is quite good, it is however ruined by the awful customer service and issues with deliveries. I typically order from uber eats, and one big issue I've had is incorrect order sizes, quite often I've paid for a large version of something and they've sent a smaller size, as a result I end up paying for something I'm not even getting. Another issue I had today was with the customer service, ended up ordering, guys called up saying they don't have one of the items, I changed it, sorted. An hour goes by and the order isn't here, after over an hour I realised they shut, instead of having any semblance of decency, no one phoned, and the order wasn't even canceled, ended up wasting an hour waiting for food that never arrived whilst other viable takeaway options closed, absolute waste of time.”

  “Disgusting Takeaway. The Customer Service Is A Joke And The Funny Looking Guy Behind The Counter Thinks He's A Gangster. The Food Is Always Cold And Tastes Old. Definitely Do Not Recommend This Horrible And Idiotic Takeaway. Please Avoid As All The Employees And Managers In The Outside World Would Get Slapped If They Had This Kind Of Badman Attitude In Front Of Anyone.”

  “Food came cold, reheated as its too late to reorder anything. Honest to god would not waste the money again - Tasted like a rustler burger. Quality was absolutely shocking. Would not recommend. Dont be confused by the reviews, it USED to be good. Has gone massively downhill👎 P.S when I order a pepsi I expect a pepsi to arrive - not an "ice cola".”

  “Food was amazing! Went with my husband and good prices too. Definitely one of the best chicken fillet burgers I've had 😋😋 Chicken was juicy and will definitely be back! Gave me free fries too, top service and manners!”

  “Just finished a quick lunch here and It was bloody gorgeous. My husband and his mate come here every Friday for a quick meal from the Korean menu and he’s been trying to convince me to try it for a long time, I needed something quick and so decided to give it a go and was NOT disappointed. Nurjahan the owner was extremely humble and the staff were friendly and kind too. Went above and beyond for us. I’m looking forward to seeing their new menu next week and will be visiting with my boys who love their fast food. See you soon and keep making delicious food and providing great service.”

  “Great halal take out in the centre of Dewsbury, variety of burgers and chicken related menu items: 1. Customer service on point - straight to the point, don't expect too many pleasantries 😅; in store ordering / waiting system can appear chaotic but maybe there is method in the madness better to pre pay and pick up unless you're a regular / trusted 😂 2. Superb selection of menu items - it's all a bit pricey compared to Pops or others in the area / get what you pay for; we usually have the 'Natty Burger' (c.£11), nice chunky chicken filets and complementary hash brown - The chicken wings have a unique breading / very tasty and almost addictive 😉 3. More of a takeout, than eat in - seating available for a quick sit down and eat; probably 15-20 people 👍 4. Prayer room facilities - check with staff, local mosque 5 min walk away 🤲 5. Tricky parking - on a busy road; if no space near the doorstep try parking on the bays in the rear 👍”

  “Perfect fried chicken, does exactly what it says, the owner was very friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely amazing, the burgers were just so satisfying the softness and flavours through out. My favourite was the Mozambique grilled burger (from the grilled selection) and the jerk chiken crispy burger (from the fried burgers) the natty burger was also nice if your just wannting a succulent fried chicken burger with perfect crispy batter. Id say the only thing i wasnt too fond of was the grilled wings but the fried wings were nice. The burgers are conveniently cut in half so if you are out with family and friends you can easily share and try other burgers. Great idea and concept dont know why other takeaways and diners havent done this too tbh. I dont know why i havent been coming sooner but im glad ive found another place and it will be a regular visit .”
