  “Absolutely disgusting customer service said Donner wrap no salad and then said we was lying the chef didn't put any in which we said still had the wrap here waited hour for them to send another one never got it. The woman said manager isn't in and he's on his way never order from here again !!”

  “Since the young man left this place I think he was called janny, the food quality and service has seriously gone down hill. Where do I start - well for starters the phone staff come across as rude almost as if they don't want to be working in the place, twice I have been told misleading waiting times and have waited longer with no apology. The pizzas used to be beautiful crispy and very tasty but that has very quickly changed. The past few times I have ordered they have been floppy, thin and greasy. The toppings don't taste fresh at all which is a real shame as this place was my go to for a nice takeaway but sadly not anymore. Massive improvement necessary.”

  “There’s this new guy on the phone who doesn’t try to work with you when placing an order. I always used to get the £3.50 zinger burger collection deal and upgraded it to half pounder for a total of £5. The new guy just says no I’m lying and refuses to ask anyone else at the shop. To add another fillet to the burger it’s £3.50 extra according to this guy. Bro I could get a whole burger meal for that price. He just won’t listen. Sad to see customer service going down hill here. The kid and Jhanzeb are accommodating but this new guy is just a loss for the business.”

  “1st time order from grill 9. chef special pizza with donner meat and chips. Donner meat was warm up in microwave, pizza had no taste and bland. Give 1 star for chips 🍟”
