“We were visiting Derby for an event in Darley Park and this was one of the pubs we chose to have a couple of drinks in. Very classy, neat and tidy and seemed to be popular with the locals. A really good selections of drinks and a great sun trap of a beer garden out the back. Plenty of room indoors and lovely bright and spacious. Would certainly recommend.”

“Came to the five lamps and had an experience i could only describe as a horror film. Dead inside, carpets smelt like wet dog. Bartenders had no clue what was going on. Travelled all the way to derby from France and was told my French identity card was not accepted and was refused service for a pint of lager 👿 was told my only option was a pint of flat warm full fat coke from a machine that smelt like piss. Never coming back. The man who refused service was rude and unpleasant, a real piece of work. Is this how French residents are to be treated in England?! Ridiculous, avoid at all costs.”
