Customer Review Summary
The complaints are mixed in kind. One reviewer found the chips undercooked, the sausage stone cold and chewy, and the prawn toast oily and watery inside. Another says a fish and chips order was all batter with no fish, though they otherwise like the special chow mein loaded with meat. A third describes a chaotic shop where it was hard to tell where the queue was, with food that was ok at best, though the staff stayed polite while busy. One reviewer says the shop looks a little tatty but the food is great.
