  “Normally we order from here and never had any issues..today we ordered 2 kids meals which were ok and 1 chicken burger meal. Instead of chicken they gave us cheese burger so rang them, the girl doesnt want to admit that was their mistake but then she said ok u can come and get your burger.once reached there instead of being sorry she was rude and just left food on the counter and walked away .no sorry and no bye. Zero stars for the staff.”

  “Ordered at 7.15pm was told it will be 45mins however come to 8.15pm and no food. Rang said another 15mins. 8.30pm still no food, rang again said on its way. 8.45 still no food, so rang again and said keep the food its too late. Said its 5mins away. Got our food at 9pm. 2hrs15min for a kids munch box. Kids were in bed already as was too late. Donner was cold! Avoid this place if you dont want your order cold and LATE!”

  “Normally order from crustys quite often and no issues we like it but tonight we thought we would order a takeaway for me, the wife and 5 of our kids After and hour and a half i rang and they said half an hour, after half an hour they said 15mins, after 20mins they said 20minutes, then it eventually turned up half an hour later which is a total of 3 hours (ordered at 6:20 and came at 9:20) and food wasnt even hot was just to say warmish, parmo was like it had been cooked and sat there an hour and warmed up worst one ive had never once got told about there being long delivery times waste of £40 never again now poor kids were starving”

  “Staff was quick to serve, food was lovely and hot. Food taste and quality was brilliant. This is a takeaway restaurant so no atmosphere really to speak of but felt welcoming.”

  “Just collected 3X large donner kebabs for a special family occasion, was absolutely gutted and felt robbed when we got home and opened them - no chips, the box was half empty and the meat was cold. Phoned the restraunt to ask where the chips were and to mention that for the price of £6 each all we got was a box of meat!? Never known a place to do donner kebabs without chips? Spoke to the manager and apparently couldn’t do anything, didn’t offer any chips and when we asked if we took it back could we have a refund he told us they don’t do refunds and hung up the phone. So disappointed and can’t believe we’ve just spent £26 on 3 half empty boxes of cold meat and 3 cold pita breads”

  “I have just ordered a Donner pizza with garlic sauce and onions, when it arrived the pizza was squashed against the box, I phoned up and explained this to the manager he said this is how it's suppose to look! He repeated what I ordered and didn't upstand what I said even though I made it clear what I was actually saying. I asked for the driver to come and collect the food and wanted a refund he said they don't do refunds and this is how it's suppose to look. It's an absolute disgrace WON'T! Be ordering from here again.”

  “One of the best Pizza places in Darlington… if you are passing by or live local you have to try this place! Parmesans, Pizzas, Box Meal Deals everything they offer is a crust above the rest! Very reasonably priced 👍”
