“I asked for a vanilla bean frap with strawberrry puree on the bottom. They got it completely wrong they gave me strawberry cream frap with 4 vanilla syrup and caramel drizzle.”

“When my tyre had and puncture and went flat in the car park, the lovely manager who was on shift on Sunday 9th Aug came out and changed my tyre for me, attempted to blow up my also flat spare tyre and put cones around my car which had to stay overnight in the car park. A really lovely lady she was and I am very grateful, she is a great attribute to have as a manager on their team.”
