“Came here for brunch with a friend. She had already been there 20 minutes and not asked for a drink order. Then it was a further 20 and I had to ask for them to take our order. I was there over an hour before we got our simple brunch. Tasty but not outstanding! My real issue is that we overheard two separate tables politely complaining about the wait time and the response was a very snippy- everything is made fresh so it will be a wait( they had also been waiting over an hour for food) That was uncomfortable, also the waitresses didn't apologise for the wait. It was slow and expensive. In the future, if you tell people there is a wait they came make their own decision as to whether they are happy to wait or not.”
