“Jessis absolutely lovely and always goes above and beyond. No matter how busy or stressful things get, she stays friendly, professional, and genuinely positive. She has to deal with some incredibly rude staff at times, but she never lets it affect the way she treats customers. Her patience, kindness, and positive attitude really stand out, and she always makes people feel welcome. She’s a real credit to the team, and her hard work definitely deserves to be recognised. “Ok this review is not about the service but about the upkeep of your establishment - the broken gutter between your entrance door and the gate which is in this state for the last 2 years…. And quite honestly it is getting worse and causing a nuisance to the public using the footpath. Could you please get this fixed before someone reports this to the council.”

“Bartender Liam and especially Chef Abi saved my UK vacation by ensuring I received some proper English sticky toffee pudding right after I narrowly missed the kitchen closing hours. Cheers for allowing me the final cherry on top of my UK vacation before my return home to Las Vegas! I’ll be back to Porter & Sorter on my return!”
