“Booked a bottomless on a Saturday for a birthday. We only managed to get two drinks in the 90 minute slot that we paid close to £40 each for. To be fair there was 10 of us and the staff were lovely but definitely not worth the price. Staff were very sweet but it felt like they had no clue what they were doing. The £10 we had for food was a massive Issue as there was a big event on the side of the bottomless. We had to be escorted to get food which took a while and staff wasn’t sure on what the bottomless covered drinks wise. We also paid for karaoke for an hour but when we were in the booth got cut off 45 minutes in. No issue with any staff they were very friendly but felt very disappointed as it for a birthday and the amount that we paid.”
