Customer Review Summary
Reviewers split sharply. The most repeated draw is generous portions arriving quickly and piping hot, with the chicken chow mein, chicken balls and chicken curry named as the dishes that please. Several describe polite, friendly staff and a friendly delivery driver, and a few say the food was fresh and not greasy. The other half describe a very different meal. Food arrived cold, the noodles and chow mein were burnt or oily, the prawn toasts and a pancake roll were soggy, and the salt and pepper chicken was dry and full of burnt garlic. Others report a meat spring roll that was just bean sprouts, rubbery prawns, chicken satay with hardly any chicken, and chips so burnt that one reviewer says they nearly broke a tooth. Even so, the staff draw praise for their care with orders, and one reviewer who left the full address off an online order was phoned straight away to confirm the location.

“Great customer service, everyone is polite and efficient. The chicken chow mein is really delicious, not greasy at all. The portion size is generous for the price. Highly recommend.”

“Honestly, I was travelling around the UK and luckily found this fantastic takeaway. The service is absolutely brilliant, the staff are polite and careful with every order. My food arrived really quickly and was still piping hot. Every dish is freshly cooked with genuine flavour, it is not greasy at all. The portions are big and the price is fair. I’ve tried many Chinese takeaways, and this one is definitely top tier. It’s a real shame I found it so late in my trip. I have saved this shop and I will definitely order again on my next visit to Britain.”

“I placed an online order but only filled in the postcode and left out the full address. The staff called me right away to confirm my location. The service is so reliable and thoughtful. My food arrived really fast, still piping hot, and it tasted fantastic. I will definitely keep ordering from here again and again!”

“I never leave reviews for any restaurant, but I just have to write one here. The chicken balls and chicken curry are absolutely amazing. This is the best Chinese food I have ever tasted. You simply cannot miss this place.”

“The dice is over cooked, the noodles was so oily and greasy, we ordered salt and pepper chicken which was full of burnt garlic and so dry which goes bitter to taste when overcooked, the broccoli has some sort of fishy taste worst Chinese I’ve tasted”
