  “Visited today for our 5 year anniversary and me and my wife enjoyed every second of it! Service by Mo was impeccable will definitely recommend it!   “We had a lovely evening at H20! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and we really enjoyed our time there. We were celebrating a friend who is leaving the UK, which made the evening extra special. A special thank you to Hena, who served us. She was so friendly, kind and attentive throughout the evening and made us feel really welcome. Her service was excellent and definitely added to our experience. Thank you, H20, for a lovely evening.   “I searched for restaurants to celebrate my sons birthday and I came across Palm by H20... I boked a table because I knew we would love it. We travelled 50 minutes to eat here so we had high hopes. It was absolutely worth the travel. Aesthetically pleasing everywhere you look - has that 'WOW' factor! Super modern & clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was 5 star, They were very efficient with making sure we had everything we needed and taking away finished plates/glasses. The DJ created a great atmosphere - loved the vibe! Food incredible. Steak and Palm chips - insane! Beef tacos 🌮 full of flavour and so tasty. My husband had the mixed meat kebab - he said its one of the best he's had. Lets talk about pudding - this topped off the night for us - french toast is the best! Raspberry white chocolate & banana French toast and biscoff & banana French toast - AMAZING!!! 100% Highly recommend! We will definitely be returning.”

  “First time at Palm and me and my partner has a fantastic time. It was quiet when we got there and the staff was very attentive, Yeg our server suggested lots of different types of drinks and food when we was unsure. Would defo come back the food was really nicely made and the shisha was very smooth.”

  “Came here for a birthday celebration and had such a great experience. We spent around £125 and happily left a tip because the service was genuinely excellent. A huge thank you to Imran and Yeg for looking after us. They were both so friendly, attentive and welcoming, and they really made the birthday feel special and much more eventful. Their service and positive energy made the whole evening even more enjoyable. The Dynamite Shrimp was hands down the best thing we ordered, it was sooo good and definitely a must try! The sirloin steak was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The burgers, cheesy chips and mojitos were all really nice too. Overall, the food, atmosphere and customer service were excellent. A big thank you again to Imran and Yeg for making the birthday celebration memorable. We’ll definitely be back!”

  “We had a lovely time from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was amazing, with a beautiful aesthetic that made the whole place feel warm, , and welcoming. A special mention to Halimah, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. She was incredibly attentive, helpful, and had a fantastic sense of humour that made the experience even more enjoyable. She made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured we had everything we needed, always with a smile. Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional service from Halimah. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!”

  “Wasn’t the busiest for a wednesday night - as to be expected, fantastic food, i got the parmesan chicken and my boyfriend got the ribeye steak cooked rare. The chicken was delicious and the steak was very well cooked, with a hint of spice from both the jalapeños(only on the chicken) and chilli flakes. the parm chips had a lovely sauce on them which i couldn’t pinpoint the flavour but it paired well. prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and vibe of the place. would definitely recommend! the soft drinks were cheap and the mocktails were lovely - cotton candy frozen mocktail was sweet but not overly sweet x”

  “I had my daughters birthday party here. The kids had such an amazing time because of food and drinks. We had platters which was so full of flavour and deliciousness. I'd like to go e shout to thw cheff and his team. That platter we had was amazing and will be my go to now. Drinks was on point and service was absolutely great. Thanks guys u made a mama happy and her girls happy”

  “The decor was amazing and as you walking in & it looked amazing, but from that point it went down hill fast!! The food portions compare to the price was ridiculous, as it left us still hungry. The loud music left me unable to hear my friends or even the waitress, I didn’t realise I had entered a club!! The waitresses were very nice and kept asking if needed anything else, yes bigger portions.”

  “Came on a Saturday and the atmosphere was nice, a bit loud but to be expected. Food: Dynamite shrimp as a starter was decent although pricey as it was £9.95 for 5 pieces. Had the parmeson which was nice although it was one of the cheaper options on the menu it was still expensive at around £22.95. For Dessert had a crepe which was nice and was around the expected price of a crepe. Overall a nice atmosphere and decent food, Pricey yes but for people who want a nice night out not a bad place.”
