About The Half Moon
The Half Moon is a pub, bar and restaurant on Warwick Rd in Coventry, set in a smart-looking, comfortable building with a little garden out the back. The kitchen keeps things small, with food served only on a couple of days a week and a Sunday lunch offering. Dogs can come in with their owners. There is a pub quiz held at the pub, and live music events are part of the garden in summertime. No TV screens are on show. Booking in advance is required to eat in the restaurant.

“The menu here is small and only served a couple of days a week, plus Sunday lunch, but the food is freshly cooked and you can tell quality ingredients are used. Service is friendly from a team for whom you get the impression nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend it for good, honest, home cooked food!”

“We have just had a lovely meal at the Half Moon in Wolston. Craig, Laura and the superb Jack behind the bar couldn't have been more welcoming as were all the waiting staff. If you want superb food at a reasonable price I couldn't recommend The Half Moon highly enough. (Is that good enough for a free beer next time Craig?)”
