  “A lot of Chinese takeaways in the area have become mediocre over the years. Happy Swan was the exception. The food was delivered hot, tasty and well prepared. Also, you can order directly from them, avoiding costly extra charges from the delivery companies.”

  “I don’t know why there’s some bad reviews, this place is great; all the food is so good and the portions are generous. I also never have to wait long for my food either (when I collect it). This is my second time getting food from here and I’m definitely going to be back soon ☺️”

  “I have been going here for 15+ years. Hands down the best Chinese. All of the worker’s are so lovely and the food is always fresh and hot! Our family’s go to takeaway.”

  “Waited over an hour only to find out they hadn’t even started cooking the order total waste of time In your reply you failed to mention that when we contacted you 1hr 10 minutes after you said that we were no2 in the queue to be cooked, maybe if you considered the customer who phoned you direct and Not the delivery app company’s who you have to service first maybe you we wouldn’t be have these problems suffice to say I will be going elsewhere in future 😡”

  “Very tasty and fresh food with good portions. However, did have to wait just over an hour for delivery, hence dropping a star. PS ordering direct through their own website seems quite a bit cheaper than alternatives.”
