“Car park is too small and now you have to put your reg in a machine hidden by Harry potter. Unluckily we turned up when the whole of Colchester turned up. The staff did there best to keep up but it was crazy busy. Then by the time I got my order and eaten the place was empty- I seem to have that affect on places.”

“Piped Music instore was a little loud , but the service from staff there is always excellent , have never had a wrong order , even when using the drive by unlike some rivals . The restaurant is always clean and the atmosphere is somewhat dependent on other patrons but never bad . Good food makes happy people .”

“It’s difficult to think of a business so poorly managed & with so many barriers to trade. They were originally cashless, but that has been stopped presumably because the store is always empty. Now, they’ve changed it so you only have 10mins of parking unless you want to surrender your personal info to a third party app so obviously the Store is still empty. I can only imagine it’s all the foreign delivery drivers & match day sales that’s keeping them afloat. It’s a shame as I do prefer it to McDonald’s, even though it’s more expensive.”
