  “First and last more indian based foods for a world buffet korma tatsed like the stuff out a aldi jar donuts were stale its no that great plus its blisteringly hot no fans to keep you cool if fact only cooled down a bit when i had ice cream when eating wont be back to this one”

  “. This was my first visit to this buffet restaurant and, unfortunately, it will also be my last. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. There was a noticeable language barrier with staff, making communication difficult throughout our visit. Much of the food appeared stale and was not being stored or covered correctly, which raised serious concerns about food hygiene and safety. The cleanliness of the venue was also poor. The plates and bowls were sticky to the touch, as though they had not been cleaned properly, which only added to my concerns. What disappointed me most was the lack of response from staff. I raised concerns about the condition of the food on three separate occasions, but each time staff appeared uninterested, simply shrugged their shoulders, and took no action. There was no apology, explanation, or attempt to address the issues raised. Having worked in the hospitality industry myself, I understand the standards that should be maintained when it comes to food safety, cleanliness, and customer service. While no business is perfect, the number of issues encountered during a single visit was unacceptable and well below the standards I would expect from any establishment serving food to the public.”

  “been here a few times now and food is good it's worth the money. on the last visit my child found a press on false nail in her ice cream, we told a member who staff who shrugged. so spoke to a manager which might I add I never do.. not even for food or wrong orders I've worked hospitality for years and deffo am not a serial complainer. . the manager also shrugged and said prob a customers.. of course it may have been, it may also have been from processing or a member of staff who cleaned the freezer regardless it at least deserved an apology and a check maybe of the tub to ensure hygiene standards were being met. I know that's ridiculously hard to do for self serve but a Blaise attitude made me realise how poor the standard was for hygiene and highly doubt we will return.”

  “Really bad. Dont even bother. My wife burned het thumb on a very hot ladle that had been under the lights all night. Food not fresh. Not very varied and overpriced for what it was. Won't be back.”

  “For the second time we have went someone has ended up with food poisoning, first time a few years ago it was me and another member of the party. Then it was all of us has ended up vomiting later on in the evening and multiple times through the night. Won't be back”
