  “I don't often leave reviews, but this experience genuinely deserved one. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was outstanding. When we ordered, we were greeted with a warm, "How can I help?" rather than the all-too-common "You alright?" It may seem like a small detail, but it immediately felt more welcoming and professional. While we were waiting, I overheard a member of the team chatting with a lady who had a young toddler. They asked if they had come in for breakfast, and when the customer replied that she was just grabbing a takeaway coffee before heading to the park, the team member smiled and said, "I'll see if I can get you a little treat to take to the park." It was such a thoughtful and genuine gesture that really stood out. We ordered two breakfasts, and both were delicious. The food arrived quickly, and a member of staff came over to check that everything was to our satisfaction. As we were leaving, another member of the team, despite being clearly busy, took the time to thank us and wish us a lovely day. Excellent customer service seems to be increasingly rare these days, but every member of the team we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It made such a positive impression, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. We'll definitely be back.”

  “My partner and I visited Rivo Lounge Chippenham just for drinks. Ordering via the QR code was super easy, and the cocktails arrived surprisingly fast. The staff were lovely, and the two-floor setup has a great vibe with nice, low background music. First lounge Bar in their overall chain that I've been too that has music on in the background, not hear everyone else and you can actually have a conversation too , The only issue upstairs is that it needs open windows on warm days. The only real downside is the toilets, which need some TLC. One was out of order, another had a broken lock, it was very dark, and the only soap pump with soap barely worked. Overall, it is a brilliant spot with great service, and we’d definitely go back.”
