“I ordered two large chicken shish kebabs, chips, and a pot of mayo last night, which came to £32, and I have to say I was really disappointed. The chicken was incredibly salty and just didn’t taste right at all. On top of that, I don’t understand how you justify calling it a “large” chicken shish when it only came with four tiny pieces of chicken. For the price, the portion size is nowhere near acceptable. The chips were also very soggy and lacked any freshness. We’ve ordered from you before, and it’s always been a bit hit-and-miss, but we decided to give you another chance. Unfortunately, this experience confirmed that the quality has really gone downhill. You used to serve really good food, but lately it just isn’t enjoyable anymore. For £32, I expected much better quality, better portions, and food that actually tasted fresh. I hope you take this feedback on board because, at the moment, I wouldn’t order again.”

“I ordered via telephone and was treated by a nice lady who told me to make as meal deals as it worked out cheaper and I would get more for my money. No sooner had I put the phone down the food was at the door. The food was piping hot and tasted alot better than my wife's cooking but that's not hard. First time I have ordered and I would definitely order again”
