Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise the food as not greasy and full of flavour, with the crispy duck and the cashew nut chicken in yellow bean sauce named as highlights, along with sweet and sour king prawn. Several say the food arrived piping hot and on time, and one was told fifteen minutes and found it ready then. Two reviewers with dietary restrictions, one with coeliac disease and a peanut allergy and another shopping for a gluten intolerant wife, describe staff and the manager helping them choose suitable dishes. One reviewer says a new chef took the food to another level. The complaints are sharper than their number suggests. One longtime customer reports that after a staff holiday the recipes seemed changed and the food seemed full of MSG, and says they were up all night with a bad stomach. Another says the kung po chicken had the texture of tofu and no refund was given, and a lorry driver was refused delivery. One reviewer notes the phone ringing constantly and a long delivery time, yet the staff stayed polite and friendly.

“Absolutely cracking food. Really enjoyed it and will definitely return. I was told my food would be ready in 15 minutes and it was. Piping hot when I got home, so very pleased. Staff are really nice too. Thanks very much. 😊👌🏼”

“Finally tried here after being recommended by several friends and glad I finally did, food was absolutely wonderful. I agree with other reviewers, not greasy at all, just flavour. I admit I thought there wasn't much yellow bean sauce with the cashew nut chicken, but actually it was just right; there was loads of chicken and nuts rather than being drowned in sauce. I waited for my order and the phone was ringing off the hook; despite a long delivery time every person continued to place an order, which I guess shows how good the food is. The staff were very polite and friendly despite how under pressure they were. I will definitely be coming back again.”

“I have a peanut allergy and coeliac disease and No. 11 were able to cater towards my dietary needs with ease. The food was also delicious. Their customer service was also exceptional. If we’re ever back in Bognor we will definitely be reordering!”
