“Did not want to write this review because we normally have a lovely meal every week from here but this evening we have eaten the most disgusting meal we've ever tasted from Lotus House! The chips were yesterday's chips just put back in the chip fryer and they were dry, over cooked and absolutely awful 😞 the pancake rolls were so soggy they were stuck together and trying to take one out of the bag ripped half the other pancake roll in to pieces as stuck together and the food was so watery it was ridiculous. Two of us have just thrown most of the food in the bin it was terrible. I am so so disappointed and spending over £30 on food we've just thrown in the bin is not really acceptable. I am not sure who or what has happened with this food tonight but I'll be very worried about ordering again from here after this to be honest. Normally we love their food we cannot fault it but tonight it was shocking.”
