Customer Review Summary
Fried rice anchors the praise, with egg fried rice and plain fried rice named alongside chicken wings that reviewers found freshly prepared and tasty. Close behind are chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce, phad thai, Singapore noodles cooked to request, ribs with chips, beancurd with chilli and salt, and mock duck pancakes that a vegetarian reviewer recommends. Several mention short waits, generous portions and food arriving piping hot, though one notes bigger appetites may need two dishes. A longtime customer reports being satisfied for over 15 years. One reviewer wishes there were a website to check the menu before ordering. Three reviewers are negative. Two describe order errors at the till: one says an omelette was added to a set selection despite being told by phone and in person not to, and the rice order was also wrong, while the other reports wrong bags and forgotten items. A third says the service was quick but the chicken tasted off and went in the bin.

“Really delicious food! Good portion sizes for standard appetites, but big appetites may need 2 dishes. Waiting time is not very long, but you can call ahead to place your order. Chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce, egg fried rice, and the phad thai is SO good!”

“Disappointed that the 126 item had an omelette added despite advising the staff over the phone and in person that the selection did not have an omelette included and not to add one. Staff did not understand and provided an omelette anyway. Rice order was also incorrect as asked for boiled and fried provided. As a result a 10 minute order for pick up was not put through resulting in a 20 minute delay whilst the incorrect food was then provided. Shame that the staff could not get a simple order correct as per their menu.”
