Customer Review Summary
Tuesday bike night is what draws most reviewers, and the pie, chips and peas served from an outside hatch is the dish they name most. Several describe the pies as delicious, generous and made on the premises by the landlord, with burger and chips as the other option. Drinks and food are repeatedly called cheap and good value, and the atmosphere among the bikers is described as fantastic and unbelievable. Staff come across as friendly and polite, and one reviewer was offered a leftover pie from pie night after arriving late, when much of the food had sold out. The main complaint is demand: one reviewer describes queuing a long time for food alongside the bikers, and another found the selection a little limited. One diner also felt a neighbouring customer's poor behaviour spoiled the visit. A buffet for a funeral, with hot and cold options and homemade cakes, was praised as fresh and accommodating.

“We visited for the pie night, arrived early so no one else there. It did fill up fairly quicky though. The pies were delicious - made on the premises by the landlord, and generous portions too. Would have been all 5's if there had been a table check. Will definitely visit again as the food is really good and great value.”
