  “We went to have ice cream and ended up having a great lunch too. We were welcomed by the Italian manager and one of the staff named Fatima - They were very pleasant and helpful. The menu was explained to us and ended up choosing my favourite Burata on a bed of pesto and garnished with dried cherry tomatoes and a margarita pizza. Delicious and fully enjoyed our meal. I also ordered Italian lemonade - inspiring. The background music was great and not loud.”

  “We had a wonderful dining experience at Piccolino Chester. The online booking process was quick and seamless, making planning our visit completely hassle-free. From the moment we arrived, the service was fast, efficient, and genuinely friendly. The restaurant's decor is stunning—stylish, welcoming, and creating a fantastic atmosphere for a meal out. The food quality was top-notch across the board, but what really stood out was the kids' menu. Finding great food options for children can sometimes be a challenge, but Piccolino nailed it with excellent choices that our child loved. Great atmosphere, high-quality food, and brilliant hospitality. We will definitely be back!”

  “I had delicious fish skewers , prawns, scallops and swordfish. My partner had a tasty pasta dish which was also great. We’ll be back. We had excellent service from Pietro.”

  “Lovely aesthetics and staff. The food was delicious and was of a good portion. Had the £25 two course meal deal. Loved the calamari starter. Wish the beef for the Sunday roast had the option for medium well done, rather than just pink and well done. Went for well done but it was very chewy.”

  “From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect\. Cosmo and Amelia were especially welcoming, friendly and attentive, making us feel looked after all evening without ever being overbearing\. The atmosphere was beautiful, the restaurant was spotless, and every member of staff went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special\. The food was absolutely outstanding\. Every dish was cooked to perfection, full of flavour, beautifully presented and served hot\. The cocktails were amazing too, and everything came out quickly despite the restaurant being busy\. It genuinely couldn’t have been a better experience\. Every single member of the team deserves recognition for the service they provided\. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would—this is a genuine 10/10\. Thank you for making my birthday one to remember\. We’ll definitely be back\!”

  “Choosing Piccolino for my last meal in Chester with friends was absolute perfection. The staff gave us such a warm welcome and were exceptionally friendly. The food was delicious, but especially seafood was so fresh ! The restaurant was so clean and had such a wonderful vibe. If I ever visit Chester again, I’m definitely coming back here. ✨”
