Customer Review Summary

Most diners single out the food, describing it as flavorful and well above the usual standard, with the chef's visible passion noted by one reviewer. Close behind, the staff are repeatedly called polite, attentive, and accommodating, though a few felt rushed even when the dining room was quiet, and one diner with celiac disease described a server as rude when explaining gluten. Several plan to return.

“We had an amazing meal here tonight. Couldn’t fault it. Will definitely be back!”
  • Ben Gill
“I ordered the Fal Chicken and it was absolutely spot‑on — full of flavour with a lovely, warming heat that didn’t overpower the dish. The service throughout was genuinely impressive, attentive without being over the top. I also had the chance to meet the chef, and you can instantly tell how much passion he puts into every plate. It’s always great to see a kitchen run by someone who truly cares about the food they serve. A really enjoyable experience all round.”
  • Marilyn Mohan
“Lovely experience. Food was very very tasty. The waiters were friendly, polite and accommodating. Definitely be going back.”
  • Peter Hawkins (H&H Family)
“Every time we eat here the food is amazing. Staff are very polite and attentive, food is served in good time. Excellent menu with lots to choose from. There is not kids menu or "English" menu so for fussy eaters you're at a loss, unfortunately. If they would add nuggets for kids, that's would be a big bonus.”
  • Clare Cook
“Came with a friend a couple of weeks ago I got the feeling that we were a bother to the staff, I’m celiac and when I asked if the shashlik had gluten in, the waiter then proceeded to tell me that gluten is wheat which is flour and there is no flour in my food. I really didn’t know what to say!!! When actually I should have said that gluten is also found in barley and rye. My shashlick could have easily have contained barley ( in the liquid) I found the staff rude Menu should state allergy information”
