  “We've ordered from here a number of times now and the food is consistently superb. Last night was a real test though as we had a large order for 14 people. Im happy to day that everyone really enjoyed it, faultless!! 👌. The only gripe I have is that I called to place my order at 5pm and requested that it arrive around 7pm as we had guests due to arrive. Unfortunately the food was not on time, it was around 40 mins late. Not a huge problem but I did feel that a late food delivery was avoidable after ordering 2 hours in advance. Regardless of this, we will definitely order from here again. Friendly staff, reasonable prices and amazing food!!”

  “I am extremely disappointed and concerned. While eating my meal, I discovered a stapler pin inside the food. This is not just unpleasant — it’s dangerous and could have caused serious injury if swallowed. This raises major questions about hygiene, food preparation standards, and quality control. Customers should be able to trust that their food is safe to eat, and in this case that trust was completely broken. I will not be ordering from here again and strongly urge the business to review their kitchen practices immediately. Food safety should never be compromised.”

  “Normally it's pretty good, but recently I've noticed the quality to be lacking. For example, the chow mein is very dry and lacking in much flavour. Other Chinese restaurants (such as Tuk Tuk Panasian) have much more flavour and aren't dry. I will say, this restaurant has the best prices, which I'm very thankful for. Also, their delivery is very fast, and I've never had anything missing.”

  “Terrible service. Food was delivered almost two and a half hours after ordering despite website saying 40 minute delivery time and text after about 30 minutes saying driver on the way. Continually fobbed off whenever we called to ask what was going on. Always told it will be with you in "another ten minutes", but then it was "it wasn't me you spoke to last time", "driver took a wrong turn" etc... but it will be with you in another 10 minutes. Minor issue, requested no celery but that was ignored.”

  “Food was absolutely disgusting.. I had 3 mouthfuls. would not even give the rest of it to my dog. Looked like it was preheated in microwave and chicken balls dripping with grease.... Don't bother wasting your money on this place or your gut health.”

  “Ordered a takeaway today from HH. The Chicken Chowmein, Kang pao chicken, veg rolls were delicious and the prawn crackers come complimentary. Love their food and friendly delivery service by the kind older gentleman from HH. X”

  “Our regulars Chinese and always delicious. Last night was particularly amazing. The chicken balls were the best I’ve ever eaten, cooked perfectly with lots of crispy and no doughy bits.”

  “You order from an app at this place and they bring it out. They don’t really wait on you. The green beans are SO GOOD. Must have. The house special stir fry beef is SPICY. And the lomein is okay… wouldn’t get the lomein again”

  “I was a bit skeptical about trying a new Chinese in chelmsford but pleasantly suprised. Chicken balls were fantastic and the chilli beef was perfect. Didn't like the satay sauce but excellent service. Food was hot and ready as soon as I arrived.”
