Customer Review Summary
Friendly staff are the most repeated draw, with reviewers describing kind, polite cooks working an open kitchen where the food is made in front of diners. The dishes come next, led by Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Green Thai curry. Dim sum with its dipping sauce, the Thai tea, and the smoothie and iced tea are also praised. Diners call the food fresh, tasty, and good value. Opinions on flavor split. One reviewer finds the Drunken Noodles too strong and heavy and the Pad Thai too sugary, while another says the same noodles have bags of flavour. The fried rice drew a lukewarm response twice, described as not very flavorful and as normal. The duck noodle soup was called a bit bland, and the fish cakes a bit too small. One long-time customer reports a rude cook who ignored a simple request until it was repeated. Another describes two staff keeping customers clearly updated as the room filled up around them.

“Been going here for some time and on the whole have an amazing experience. Most staff are lovely and friendly. However today there was an extremely rude lady who was cooking. She brought the food over and completely ignored my husband with a simple request. Request had to be repeated. She really lets the side down with this place with a bad attitude.”

“Decided to pop in as our closest branch has closed. Only one other table when we arrived so we ordered and sat down. All of a sudden a huge influx of people started arriving. The 2 ladies working were rushed off their feet but they managed so well. Within 30 mins the place was packed. I have never seen staff work so well and keep the customers updated so clearly. Great staff and the food was spiced perfectly. Thank you”

“We visited 2 years ago when we when to the Dockyards. It's on the 1st floor of the shopping center. Didnt know what to order and just asked what was advised. We had 3 dishes in total and all tasted very good. The ladies prepairing the food had a lot of fun doing their jobs. Great food, friendly staff.”

“I came here to try their Thai food and ordered the Thai fried rice. It wasn’t very flavorful and didn’t really taste like the Thai food I’m used to, not bad just missing a bit of that kick. However, the thai tea was really nice and tasted authentic. It was my first time dining here and the service was quick. There were only two staff working, but luckily it wasn’t busy when I came. The food arrived fairly quickly as well.”

“A fantastic Thai restaurant! Good value and good taste. As of November 2025, most if not every meal was £10 or less - a rarity these days. There is an open kitchen and you can see all the cooking live.”
