  “Food came very quick after initially placing my order. Everything was there and nothing was missing. Taste was not abnormal, and was delicious as expected. No issues with the atmosphere or location with a calm environment and plenty of places to sit and eat.”

  “Food was digusting had to wait about half an hour just for one meal, poor bloke was 20 numbers below me still waiting and only got a small meal. Worst service I’ve ever had don’t waste your time coming here. Also saw them re-using cardboard cups and giving me gravy with bones raspberries and god knows what else in there.”

  “Absolutely disgusted how the manager handled us tonight. We took our order home and it was cold. Took it back and didn’t take accountability and never apologised once. Gave us a refund but basically blamed us. My daughter and myself have been feeling so sick and now have been put off for life. Rude staff. Restaurant looking closer is filthy! Just look at the floors and dust all over the high rails ect. Avoid.”

  “Post food shopping snack with the kids. Can’t fault Teresa’s hospitality and service when dining in. Always accommodating to the children especially. Chicken pieces could have been better in terms of quality/quantity, but overall good. Could do with some music.”

  “The staff were fast, efficient in serving the food- the food was freshly made, hot and tasty as i know kfc signature taste to be. The staff also ensured that the tables are being cleaned as soon as people left the restaurant. Will suggest having handsfree sanitising units around ordering stations in the restaurant so customers are able clean their hand after touching the screen to order their food”

  “Great food, delivered to our table in a timely manner. Friendly staff & we were able to pay be cash. Sat overlooking the airfield on a lovely spring day. All good, no complaints.”

  “The place was absolutely filthy. There was food and packaging on the floor which is concerning. The employees with beards weren’t wearing netting. (Faces blurred) My order was wrong. I ordered and paid for a zinger burger box meal and towered up to a zinger supercharger tower but received a normal fillet burger. The whole experience was underwhelming and awful and I had to reorder a meal from elsewhere as I was concerned of the hygiene standards and could have gotten sick if I ate from here. I complained to KFC, asked for a refund of my £19 order and they refused to refund me and offered a £12 goodwill voucher to use at KFC! Why would I then return? Do better, be better.”
