“Very poor experience at the Gillingham KFC. As you can see in the photo, the burger bun was burnt and the food was served cold. The chicken was not fresh and the overall taste was very bad. This is not the first time this branch has served cold food. The quality and preparation are very disappointing. On top of that, the customer service was also very poor and the staff were neglectful. KFC should really check this branch and improve the food quality and service. Customers expect hot and fresh food, not burnt buns and cold meals.”
