  “We went to The Longhorn in Cannock on a spur of the moment decision tonight and it was a really good decision. We were able to get a table even at 8.30pm and we're not rushed to order even though the kitchen closed at 9pm. Our server Jayne was really helpful with our choice of food and was very receptive when there was an item missing from our order but was shocked to hear that the item was no longer available. When we asked why that was we were even more surprised to hear that Beefeater and Brewers Fayre were closing for good! How can that be?? Both a national institute of Great Britain is now ending come August 2026!!! How and why is this the case?!? What on earth are Whitbread thinking of by doing this? Our food was lovely, great service and nice place to have a midweek sneaky treat.”

  “Lovely food, amazing staff and great service. The food was 1st class and the lunch time menu was less expensive and had plenty of choice. We had starter and main and it left no room for pudding (not even ice-cream) well worth a try and we will definitely be back soon. Special mention to Jayne our waitress who was very friendly and helpful 😀 miss beefeater and miss out!”

  “A spur of the moment lunch whilst passing! A nice lunch for a friends catch up. Little hiccup it that our meals arrived and we'd not had our drinks that we'd ordered before meals but she went to find them. But is was a nice lunch as a reasonable price.”

  “Serviced by Jayne today. What can I say about the food? It was absolutely fantastic! One of the best steaks I’ve ever had — juicy and it just pulled apart. It was my first time here but I’ll definitely be back again!”

  “Great service for a big chain. Diane was an excellent server. Food was very tasty as well! We didn't book but was seated very quickly. Worth going to in Cannock for a regular meal.”
