  “We want to say a big thank you to the Pizza Express staff who were very attentive, friendly and welcoming during our lunch yesterday. A especial thank you to Val who offered a warm smile and always took the time to check on us, you had a huge impact on our experience❤️. The meals we chose were delicious, we had the pizza share platter, 3 course meal (calamari, cannelloni, chocolate fudge dessert), coffees. Thank you for the outstanding experience we had.   “Making a good pizza shouldn't be that difficult. On the other hand, providing good service is definitely more difficult than cooking delicious food. Therefore, I would like to thank Tim for greeting us with a smile, clearly answering all our questions about our order, providing information about promotions and the company's practices, asking if everything was going well, asking if we were satisfied with our order, taking our souvenir photo, even asking from which angle we wanted it taken, and seeing us off with a smile. Note: Don't hesitate to appreciate good service when you receive it.”

  “10/10 food and service with great value. Kamile was an amazing waitress, so patient and kind with our orders. We will definitely be back! £12 for 2 cocktails was also a STEAL! Defo recommend the hot honey doughballs… game changer!”
