About Scott’s All Day
Scott’s All Day is a pizza restaurant at 113 Mill Rd in Cambridge, serving sourdough pizza alongside brunch. The pizza menu covers Detroit-style and Neapolitan-style, including the New Yorker, a Detroit-style pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and parmesan, and a honey and chorizo crumble pizza. Cheesy garlic bread comes as a starter, and vegan options are on the menu. Brunch runs next to the pizza, with Bottomless Brunch and cocktails also on offer. Customer Review Summary
Detroit-style pizza is the draw reviewers raise most, called delicious and "insane", and one diner rated the New Yorker, topped with pepperoni, mushrooms and parmesan, the best Detroit version they had tried, with light, fluffy dough and a rich sauce. Another had the honey and chorizo crumble, though the honey pairing did not fully convince them, and the cheesy garlic bread earns praise too. Close behind are the cocktails, the vegan options, and a buzzing brunch atmosphere with wonderful hot drinks. Two large groups describe smooth team and corporate bookings, with friendly servers, food that came out quickly, and dietary requirements handled easily. The criticism is sharper, though it comes from fewer reviewers. One brunch diner found the food bland and the portions small for the price, with dry, overcooked bacon, a pancake raw in the middle and tough meat. Another called the burger mediocre and overpriced and felt the staff were not very friendly. At the group dinner, bottomless drinks kept flowing so no one sat with an empty glass.

“A chilled, popular spot for pizza in an area with plenty of competition for eateries. I had heard that Scott's is one of the best pizza places in Cambridge, particularly for its Detroit-style pizza, so I thought it would be worth a visit. I ordered the New Yorker, Detroit style, which was very satisfying and a good portion; a fine slab of bread, cheese, tomato sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, and parmesan was laid in front of me. I still prefer Neopolitan, traditional style pizza but this was the best version of a Detroit pizza that I've tried. The dough was light and fluffy, so even though there was quite a lot of it, I didn't feel totally bloated after. The tomato sauce had a nice richness and slight twang to it, the pepperoni was good, I just wish the mushrooms had been cooked a little longer. I spent £24 approx for the pizza, a 2/3 pint of beer and service. Props to the service team as well for effectively dealing with a drunk who came in demanding service. It's easy to see why the place is popular.”

“We ate here yesterday afternoon and I’ve been up all night with an upset stomach 😩 Got the burger and the thought of it now is making me feel ill. This is the second time we’ve eaten here and both times left feeling like the staff are not that friendly and the food is mediocre and overpriced. Really sorry to say this because it’s an independent and the decor is cool.”

“Scott's All Day hosted a large corporate meal for 20 that we organised and everything was brilliant! The servers were attentive and friendly. The food came out very quick and was delicious. In booking, Joe and Scott were responsive and very accommodating. Great food and great place - would recommend highly!”

“We booked Scott's All Day for a team event and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. There were about 30 of us and we had the space privately, with a really reasonable minimum spend, which was ideal. We did a sip & paint first and the team were so accommodating, especially when we overran a little. Then we stayed on for dinner and bottomless drinks — the food was amazing, the drinks selection was great, and they genuinely kept the drinks flowing so no one was ever sat with an empty glass. We also had multiple dietary requirements in the group, which were all handled with ease. Massive thanks to Joe & Alfi, who were both so friendly and welcoming and made everything run really smoothly. The service was brilliant all evening, and they managed it all so well even with the AC struggling in the middle of a heatwave. Also a big thank you to Scott, who was really responsive while I was organising everything and very patient with all my questions. Would 100% recommend for a team event or group booking!”

“Headed to Scott’s after coming back from London on the train as a short walk. Booked a table on the way which is easy through their website. Staff are always friendly and welcoming here and our dinner was a pleasant experience after a long day. Food was tasty and we enjoyed their focused menu. Real mix of people in but nice to see it really welcoming to families (although this time it was just a friend and I). Will hope to return soon.”
