“This is my regular Costa Coffee. Went in today for lunch and found the cupboard oddly bare! The only sandwiches on offer were cheese and tomato plus one tuna and the sweets section was half empty! It has definitely not been the same since the change of management last year, but this is getting ridiculous!”

“Very poor service at Costa in Calne. There was no queue, but I was standing there waiting while one of the ladies completely ignored me. Only after a few minutes did another staff member come and take my order. Very disappointing — I won’t be going back. Please train staff to provide better customer service and treat customers with respect.”

“Had a lovely afternoon in Calne last week, went into Costa not long before closing and met Em, they were really kind and helpful, explained what Macha was to my 11 year old and helped them choose, and brought my mum some water when she had a coughing fit. Was a real pleasure and made it a very nice and memorable visit to a Costa. :) Thanks Em. :)”

“Worst service ever. Completely disorganised, nobody knew what they were supposed to be doing. Too busy chatting with one customer that had clearly been there a long time. When we walked in there was one person in front of us waiting to be served and about 4 waiting for drinks. Took almost 10 minutes before we got served. Had to repeat order because staff were not paying attention. Queue out of the door. We almost put down our snacks and went elsewhere. They clearly hadn’t paid attention to people infront of us as they had to pour their drink from a cup into a takeaway cup.”
