  “I use this cafe every week. The staff are unfailingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The tea and coffee is great. The cafe is clean and the tables are cleared promptly. Great atmosphere.”

  “The staff are always friendly and welcoming even under stressful conditions when it's particularly busy with long queues. When I bring my dog, staff will offer water and ensure the dogs are catered for. The drinks are somewhat pricey but taste really nice. EDITED August 2026 - Reece and Stephen are incredibly hard working members of staff and always attentive to customer.service. As I'm unable to utilise the Nero app with ease, could the relevant management please add 5 stars so that they can be rewarded for their consistent approach to customer service. 🙏”

  “My last post was 2yrs ago, I still start my day here nearly every morning. Some of the crew has changed over this time, but, the atmosphere in this particular Nero cafe is cool with a great attitude. Ben and the team know their regular customers and always make the visit a good one. Keep up the great work guys, it is seriously appreciated 👏 Colin”

  “Quite busy. There was a que when we went in but the staff had no trouble managing it. They make the drinks very fast and they taste amazing. They deserve their bonus - don't restrict them based on their services, it can be stressful. They work harder then anyone else.”
