“Brought a meal. Came with a drink and side. Got my drink but didn’t give me my side, kept saying no sides. Got back to my hotel room and there’s no sauce in the burger (I asked for mayo). The burger wasn’t even nice. Binned it.”

“I don’t live in the UK anymore, but I’m back visiting family and thought I’d revisit Caledonia for old times’ sake…mainly because it used to be a safe bet for lunch. What I got instead felt like a personal betrayal. Ordered a chicken filet burger combo and… wow. The burger looked like two buns going through a rough patch, barely holding together a suspiciously flat, “Iceland finest” style chicken patty that had all the flavour of damp cardboard. Honestly, I’ve had more exciting meals on airplanes. Extremely disappointed.”
