Customer Review Summary
The Sunday roast is what most reviewers return to, praising roast beef in generous slices, lamb that melted in the mouth, and trimmings such as cauliflower cheese and an extra jug of gravy. One mother's day lunch stayed calm and pleasant despite being fully booked. Close behind are the evening dishes, including scallops, saltimbocca chicken with crisp prosciutto, and moules mariniere, with a raspberry cheesecake and a creamy cheese tart singled out for dessert. Service is described as friendly and attentive, and two large group celebrations with pre-ordered food ran without problems. The complaints are pointed, though. One diner found the roast lamb chewy, the potatoes not crisp, the vegetables cold and the portion child-sized, and felt blamed when saying so. Another describes a pre-booked group pizza dinner with long gaps between dishes, no apology from management, and a basket of plain chips arriving late instead of the rosemary chips ordered, after sides were offered as a courtesy.

“I recently visited Elements with a group of friends from London, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. 💚 The service was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious. For dessert, I ordered the raspberry cheesecake, which was simply incredible and the perfect way to end the meal. This restaurant truly deserves 5 stars. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“What a beautiful place. As a group of 19, all ages, from London, we found Elements restaurant to be amazing. From the helpful, friendly staff to the really tasty and well-presented food - we were impressed. We were celebrating a 70th birthday party in the private area and pre-ordered in advance - there were no problems with our orders and the service was great. Thank you for making our evening so perfect.”

“We did not stay in the Beach hotel however we booked the Sunday lunch. The service was friendly and fantastic experience. I must say this is the best Sunday Lunch we have had foe quite a long time. We ordered two standards Sunday roast 2 courses and a small plate for my son. Beef slices were served in chuncky generous portions and so fresh, soft and well seasoned. All other garnish like roasted potatoes, carrots, parsnip, yorkshire puddings, broccoli stem and sugar snaps beans were all tasty and star on its own. Loved the cheesy cauliflower cheese and extra jug of gravy as well. My 4yrs old son finished his small plate as well and get the approval said so yummy. Desserts we had Easter eggs creamy cheese tart it was divine, cream was light and not overly sweet. Albeit the bread and butter pudding was a bit let down due to over heated in microwave hence really crunchy and hard texture. All in all 5 stars for main course and 5 stars for great services. Thanks for a hearty cooking foods, keep it up and we will be back and only the matters is 5hrs drive journey 😀”
