Customer Review Summary

Lamb draws the most mentions, from a lamb described as tender and cooked to perfection to a Welsh lamb rack and the lamb dish in a group's list of favourites. Close behind is the sea bass, ordered by two diners and called delicious. Others name the monkfish with a flavourful sauce, salmon in dill sauce, tikka chicken breast, sage aloo, and the Kolkata somosa chaat, and one reviewer recommends the assiette of kebabs. Diners describe the food as fresh, the presentation as superb, and the drinks selection as very good. Staff appear in nearly every review as friendly and attentive, with one waitress checking on a table throughout and others suggesting dishes. Several call the room clean and cosy, and groups of seven and nine came for celebratory meals. One reviewer found it great value for money. No review raises a complaint. One diner with a coeliac husband found the staff knowledgeable and helpful about which gluten free options he could have.
