“Draft Review "I have been a regular customer at this pub for six years, but after my experience last night, I will never return. A member of the bar staff has been continuously harassing me, approaching me on three separate occasions now. She keeps falsely accusing me of being involved in trouble whenever it happens, when the reality is I am completely uninvolved and was only drinking soft drinks all night. It seems her real issue is a personal jealousy regarding her boyfriend who works there collecting glasses, which is entirely unprofessional. Last night, she cornered me and threatened to bar me if any future trouble kicked off. When I asked her to state exactly what I have ever done wrong, she couldn’t answer. Instead, she abused her position and said, 'if you're going to be like that, I'll bar you now.' I chose to leave the premises immediately. It is shocking that a loyal customer of six years can be bullied, threatened, and targeted by a staff member bringing personal issues into the workplace. Management seriously needs to look into how their bar staff treat customers."”
