  “Asked my food to be a certain way in the comments on their website (which is never usually a problem) and what they delivered was not this. When I rung up they said ‘it’s because you haven’t paid for it’ which fine, okay - but there isn’t an option on the website for this. They didn’t contact me nor did they do what I asked and then at the door say ‘you actually owe X’ instead the ‘manager’ was outright rude on the phone. I am not one to complain and this is actually my favourite kebab shop but after the way their manager spoke to me, I will not be returning. I have been a loyal customer for many, many years and instead of taking a pragmatic approach, was purely dismissive, aggressive and rude. There was once upon a time where I could walk in and they would know exactly what I wanted without me saying a word however, this was a rather disappointing encounter. The manager clearly knows nothing about customer experience and is just happy to get the food out and get paid regardless of the consumers experience. It’s a shame this person lets the shop down.”

  “Ordered a kebab wrap meat was dry no salad and no garlic sauce like I asked for rang up to complain guy on the phone was rude and didn’t want to know I’ve ordered a few times never been that bad this will be the last order I place with pizza choice from now on”

  “We moved to the area and found it hard to get a decent kebab until now. The doner and chicken meat is cooked perfectly the salad always fresh, plenty of sauce and the chips are always hot and fresh. The pizza and garlic bread is also delicious We go here probably 2/3 times a month and never had a problem with anything The prices are a little high but you do get what you pay for in quality and quantity”

  “A loyal customer for many years. Tonight though the food was cold and not cooked. The person I spoke to about put the phone down after going mental after a simple complaint. Will never order from the again.”

  “We used to love getting food from here but the past 4 times the food has been looking and tasting weird.cold arrivals, wrong orders,rude delivery people, pizzas cut uneven then without the your site changing prices we have it announced to us after latest order the prices of 2x12inch pizza mealdeals have gone from £19.50-£20.50. If that's the case why hasn't the prices been adjusted on your site? Bunch of con artists with no oomph to do the job properly. Wr always gave tips too. Our customs now stopped as if I'm paying that much for 2 pizzas I'd like it to be what iv asked for. We've had burger meal deals arrive soggy with lettuce as salad. Kebabs with soggy pitta bread. So we're done as it's more like a sloppy Jo outlet now”

  “I ordered tandoori chicken pizza when i ate its very bad smell which chicken is used is overdate and when i ring him and he very rude with us on the phone just check pictures i attached with them Here is no 0 star otherwise i give 0 star”

  “Would be zero stars if I could. Food was suppose to be delivered in 40 minutes. Was not. Delivery was over a hour. Food was cold. Complained and they decided to send a replacement order which I refused as would rather a partial refund. However the restaurant sent replacement anyway. I sent replacement order back to the restaurant as I’d already been waiting over a hour for the first delivery. And was not going to wait for another order to turn up cold. When trying to resolve the original issue of cold food, restaurant tried to make out I accepted there offer of a replacement meal. Which I did not. I feel my evening was wasted by waiting for food. Disappointed it was cold. Utterly gutted with the customer service. Not ordering again. 2nd time in a row I have been disappointed with this restaurant with same problems.”
