Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the friendly, welcoming waiting staff, with several describing servers who chatted, offered suggestions on meals and drinks, and checked that everyone was enjoying themselves. Food comes close behind. One diner calls a Margherita pizza with chili oil a masterpiece, another says the spinach and ricotta cannelloni is good as usual, and others describe dishes as tasty, hot and a decent size. The gluten free menu handed over on arrival and a wide choice of non alcoholic drinks, including a refreshing strawberry lemonade, also earn mentions, along with a good kids' menu. The building gets praise for its high ceilings and big pillars, and a few note a cool, airy room in hot weather. Criticism is mild but specific: the crab and lobster ravioli was a tad dry on one visit, a mixed salad was called boring, and one family said the food took a while. One birthday table had staff surprise a mother with a cake and sing to her.

“I love this building and the service is always good in Bridgwater. It matters to them if you have enjoyed your meal! This evening Gemma and Lucas were particularly good! Both very happy chatty people. I explained to Lucas how different an experience it is when the waitress and waiters are good! Well done both! Thank you for making our evening enjoyable”

“Went to Prezzos as I wanted a good choice of gluten free food. I noted this on my booking and was impressively handed a gf menu on arrival. The service was impeccable, attentive but not intrusive. The area we ate in was cool and airy - a bonus in a heatwave! The choice on non alcoholic drinks was wide - unusual these days. My strawberry lemonade was very refreshing. Our food was fresh and delicious. My 4 rather than 5 stars was just due to a quite boring mixed salad - no 4.5 stars available. The whole experience was very pleasant.”

“My first visit to the Bridgwater branch and I was not disappointed. We were greeted by Jordan who was super friendly and super polite. I had booked as late lunch but it was quiet and thank goodness air con. We sat in the front part as it was cooler than the back part but will go back when not so hot as the back room was more like the main part. I am guessing it was an old bank as the building was fantastic high ceilings, great big pillars outside and done out really nicely. Our table wasn't too close to other tables so had a nice bit of space. Jordan took are order and was helpful, polite and just a fab, he just made the whole experience much more enjoyable. As for the food, sorry forgot to take photos but everything we had was very tasty. I had a voucher which is why we went and it worked as I have signed up for the app and we will be back. I imagine it gets busy evenings and weekends as it looks like a great place for big groups.”
