Quick info
About The Harp
The Harp is a pub on High Street in Bridgnorth, set inside a historic building that has recently been refurbished, with a beer garden out the back. The front bar runs on a walk-in basis, so visitors come in without booking. Live entertainment is part of the programme, and the room reads as a lively gathering spot. A gastropub offering sits alongside the drinks, giving the kitchen a food-led role rather than a straight bar-snack one. The Harp is run as a gastropub, pub and beer garden in one, which shapes how the space is used across the day and evening.

“Doesn't actually have a Harp, but does everything else you need a pub to do to a high standard.”

“Came to Bridgnorth for a weekend away. Accidentally found The Harp. Accidentally stayed most of the evening. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good drinks, and the sort of pub that makes you feel like a local after about ten minutes. You can tell a lot of effort has gone into the place and it strikes that rare balance of being lively without feeling overwhelming. The entertainment was fantastic, the crowd were welcoming, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. If every town had a pub like this, weekend breaks would get a lot more expensive. We will be back next time we visit bridgenorth!”
