Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the service, describing staff as friendly and attentive, with one group praising how the team catered for a large party. Brunch plates draw the most named dishes, including a Mexican omelette with a soft, runny texture, chicken and waffles with a subtle kick, slider burgers, and the Dubai Dream Croissant with its generous pistachio filling. Close behind are the drinks, from a Mocha Martini and Spanish latte to a cappuccino with condensed milk and tulip latte art. Reviewers also mention the murals and decor, and several note the lift that makes the entrance workable for wheelchairs and prams. The caveats are specific. One reviewer found the food a let down for the price, a mango lassi was called mild, and the car park is described as tiny and busy, with one party paying for parking on Wilton Street. One diner reported a lipstick-marked tea cup that was replaced straight away, and another had the Royale dish taken off the bill and was offered a complimentary cheesecake.

“Absolutely exceptional brunch experience! The service was fantastic from start to finish, and the team did an amazing job catering for our large group. Everyone was so welcoming, attentive and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious — so good that we loved it enough to come back the very next day! Everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this café to anyone looking for great food and even better service! Special thanks to Komal!”

“I've been wanting to visit this restaurant for a long time, and I'm so glad I finally had the chance. We were seated quickly, and the restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The food was absolutely amazing—beautifully presented and full of flavour. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to come back. I would definitely recommend it and will certainly be visiting again!”

“I first visited this café because it's very popular and always busy, so I was excited to give it a try. Since then, I've been back again, and my latest visit definitely deserved an updated review. This time I had a cappuccino with condensed milk, which was smooth, well balanced, and tasted great. The tulip latte art was beautifully done and showed great attention to detail. I also ordered the baby burger, which was really enjoyable and made for a satisfying meal. On my previous visit, I tried the Dubai Dream Croissant and the Spanish latte. The croissant had delicious pistachio flavours with a generous filling, and the Spanish latte was very well made. The café has a clean, welcoming atmosphere, and the customer service was excellent. Ameer was especially friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Overall, I've had a great experience here, and it's easy to see why this place is so popular. Great coffee, tasty food, excellent service, and I'll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!”

“Staff were nice and accommodating But unfortunately the food was a let down. I'm glad I tried the place out, the interior was quite nice with the murals painted on the wall. But the food was not great, especially for the price paid. There is free parking on site, but can be very busy. We ended up paying for parking around the corner on Wilton Street (you can pay online via a QR code)”

“We visited on Father’s Day around 10am and were seated quickly despite the place being fully packed throughout our visit. Service was excellent — staff were attentive and checked in multiple times to make sure everything was okay without being intrusive. We ordered a Mexican omelette, chicken and waffles, and a plate of slider burgers, along with a mango lassi. Portions were generous across the board. The omelette was particularly good — eggs cooked perfectly with a soft, runny texture and rich flavour. The slider burgers were also a highlight, with high-quality, filling beef patties. The chicken and waffles had a nice subtle kick, adding a bit of heat without overpowering the dish. The mango lassi was pleasant but on the milder side — could have had a stronger mango flavour. Overall, the meal felt good value at around £45 for everything. A busy but well-run spot with great service and solid, satisfying brunch food.”
