“Very upsetting and disappointing service this evening. My order was prepared incorrectly (cheese was added to a “no cheese” pizza), and although a replacement was promised within 30 minutes, it hadn’t arrived within that timeframe. I called to follow up and was assured it would be with me any minute. Another 10 minutes passed with no delivery, so I called again. This time I spoke with the store manager, Suni, who stated that the replacement pizza had already been delivered. I explained clearly that it had not, but he insisted his driver had returned to the store claiming it was delivered. He then offered to send another replacement. Although I initially agreed, I immediately called back to cancel. By that point, nearly two hours had passed since my original order, and I had lost confidence in the service as well as my appetite. I was also uncomfortable with the tone of the conversation and the implication that I was being untruthful. I requested a refund instead, which Suni agreed to process. However, he mentioned he was sending a driver to collect the original pizza. When I asked for email confirmation of the refund, I was told this was not possible. I also clarified whether the same driver—who allegedly delivered the replacement—would be collecting the pizza, and was told yes. Unfortunately, when the driver arrived, they were unable to answer my questions. I returned the original pizza as requested and called once more. Suni again insisted the replacement had been delivered, but confirmed that a refund had been issued. I am currently housebound due to injury and had been looking forward to this as a small treat. Being left without a meal, combined with the frustration of the situation and the suggestion that I was not telling the truth, made this experience particularly upsetting. I would not normally bother to leave a reviews, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. I have asked for the issue to be followed up internally, though I do not expect further communication.”

“Love this place 😄 I always order a slightly odd combo (BBQ base + pineapple), and by the third phone order they remembered my exact pizza and dip. Big shoutout to Sunny and Mohit for the great service. Plus, my pizza is always ready on time when I collect—can’t fault it. 👏🍕”

“I messed up my order online and accidentally somehow ordered no sauce on the pizza when meaning to switch to barbecue, my 7 year old son looked so disappointed when I told him our mistake🙈 Luckily the manager Christiana was very kind & helpful in sending me a new pizza!! Me and my son had a lovely movie night with our delicious hot and with sauce pizza, thank you so much for your help! The delivery guys were so friendly too 😊”

“Awful all round!! From the point I got a message to say it was ready and out for delivery it took another 30 mins to arrive……I called the restaurant and was told it was because of traffic……which was absolute rubbish…..I live less than 4 mins away and my partner happened to be driving through the high street and beat the pizza by 15 mins 🤣 To no surprise it was all stone cold…….the restaurant offered to re make it but I’d have to wait another hour and I had to send the cold one back???……🤣 This isn’t the first time it’s happened……I was hoping it had improved since the last time (about a year ago)…….nope 😒 That’s me officially done with dominos So many options out there and most are WAY better 👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼”

“I ordered from Domino’s last night and I was so impressed! The online ordering was easy and intuitive, and I got my pizza even earlier than the delivery estimate. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and all of the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The cheese was gooey and just the right amount—not too greasy at all.”
