  “Absolutely shocking experience. 😡 We ordered 2 steak and chips, specifically asking for no salad and no sauce, with garlic mayo separately. We even asked for the garlic mayo in person. The person taking the order even repeated back “2 steaks?” and I said yes, so there really shouldn’t have been any confusion. Yet somehow we ended up with a mixed grill and a burger, and the sauce was wrong too. 🤦‍♀️ How can you get an order this wrong when it was clearly explained and even repeated back to us? We paid for what we ordered and expected to receive it. Absolute joke and really disappointing. Definitely won’t be rushing back. 👎”

  “Great value for money. Breakfast amazing. One of the best. Tea was not great at all, barley drinkable. Good service at the desk but had to come from upstairs to collect order.”

  “Ordered two large chips, totally dry and soggy 😡 mostly all small peices some of the chips were very oily seems like they've been out for a while and then when I've ordered they've e been put in oil for few mins then served. Very bad service please be ware rating 0 out of 10... Food was below average standard!”

  “Stopped by **Steakhouse & Co.** for a quick bite — and yeah, it was... *okay-ish* 🤷‍♂️. Definitely fits the “fast food” category more than a proper steakhouse vibe. The food came out fast (always a plus when you’re hungry!), but the taste was pretty average. Nothing bad, just nothing to rave about either. It does the job if you’re in a rush and craving something meaty, but probably not the kind of place you’d go out of your way for. Overall: 🥩✅ Decent for a quick stop 🍔❌ Not an everyday craving ⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 — solidly average, does what it says on the tin.”

  “Nice clean breakfast, packed with flavour. The sausage was meaty with subtle spices. The smell was amazing. The cheesecake was very well presented and was everything you could ask for. Overall this place was well worth the money and is highly recommended.”

  “Really bad customer service travel more then 10 minutes to get food was burned and wouldn't offere anything complimentary for the inconvenience travel and the customer service, would not recommend people dont know how to treat customers also provide service.”

  “Very nice burgers loved them, expensive but decent, the donner on the other hand needs a lot of work, i liked the texture being thick donner pieces but there was a lack of flavour tasted meaty, needs more marination in sauces, the other thing i didn't like was the stairs leading to upstairs, they got big gaps between each step, very dangerous for a child. Will be back for more burgers, please fix the donner as my favourite food is donner haha, thanks”

  “This place is always consistent in providing high quality tasting burgers, iv never had a bad experience from here, the prices are decent, they recently have a new grill so the cheese burgers now have a bbq taste to it, keep up the good work.”
