  “Fantastic food, service & venue! Myself and my partner travelled from Liverpool as there is none local to us. Safe to say this will be our new Chinese food restaurant to visit! Host, bartenders and waitresses were all so helpful and lovely. Nothing was too much to ask! Thankyou so much guys.”

  “I reviewed this 5 years ago it was amazing. I went sunday. What a sad state of affairs. 9 of us. Wouldnt even seat us together. Even though two tables could be joined together. Food cold. Drinks extortionate. Me and my partner spent £70 there. Never ever again.”

  “Had a fantastic experience at TCB Bolton. The selection of food was huge, with so many different options to choose from including Chinese dishes, carvery, pizza, and plenty of desserts. Everything we tried was fresh, well cooked, and constantly being topped up so nothing ever felt like it had been sitting out too long. What makes it great is the unlimited dining concept because you can take your time, go back for more, and try a bit of everything. The carvery was a nice touch and the meats were cooked well. The dessert section was also really good with lots of sweet options to finish the meal. The restaurant itself was clean, spacious, and well organised even though it was quite busy. The staff were friendly and quick to clear tables which kept everything running smoothly. Overall it’s great value for money considering the amount of choice and quality of food. Perfect place to go with family or friends when everyone wants something different. I’ll definitely be coming back again.”

  “A Modern Twist on the Classic Buffet – TCB Bolton The Chinese Buffet in Bolton has changed quite a bit from the traditional all‑you‑can‑eat setup many of us remember. It used to be a classic buffet where you’d walk up and choose your food, but now everything is ordered through an app. The idea is great, but the app definitely needs improvement to make the process smoother. It can feel a bit confusing at first, though once you get it set up, it works fairly well. That said, the new system does have its advantages. It helps reduce food waste, and the portion sizes are generous without encouraging unnecessary excess. The food itself was surprisingly nice and very good value for money. A fun addition is the robot servers, it’s quite entertaining watching them whizz around delivering dishes to the tables. The staff were also very helpful throughout, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. All in all, TCB Bolton offers a modern take on the buffet experience with good food, friendly service, and a few futuristic touches. With a bit of refinement to the app, it could be even better.”

  “I probably say this is the best buffet place in the UK that I've been to. Staff were friendly and helpful but I went on a Saturday evening and looked like they were short staff. I like the concept of ordering off from your mobile and robots with cute sounds comes to your table and you take the plates off the robot and press OK on the screen so the robot goes back to the kitchen area. This way you know the food is clean. I don't really like other buffet places where you go up to the buffet counter because diners put tongs on top of the food so food is combined. So at TCB food brings out to you is really good. Once it got a bit busier staff didn't clear empty plates. Would I go here again? Of course because food were hot and some dishes were delicious. Other buffet places food is cold. Would I recommend TCB? Of course. Only downside is when you book a table you have to pay a deposit of £5 per person and it takes out of your bank. So if you decide you can't make it you still get charged. Unless if you ring them up to cancel your booking in advance not sure if they refund you full amount.”

  “Great food . You need to download an app or go to a specific website to place your food order that then is dilvered by one of the 3 robot waiter's. very quick service. you can order 3 dishes at a time .The dishes are all small as they are for one person”

  “First time. Had to come to see the robots lol. We loved it, highly recommend and will be back. The food came in decent size portions so there was no food wasted. Can order from your phone which is really easy. No need for getting up less you need the toilet. Staff are friendly and helpful.”

  “I went there with my husband and kid on weekday afternoon. The staff there were very nice and helpful, food were tasty, yummy 😋. I love the fried rice and appetizers so much. The most amazing thing was the robot server, which was very "high tech" and efficient. I would definitely come again and next time looking forward to having a dinner buffet there.”

  “Our first time and certainly won’t be our last time! We came on a Saturday night and it was a nice atmosphere it was busy but the service was very quick, you order through the app what you want as much as you want which I prefer. The app was very simple to use and I enjoyed the table service especially the robot that was just an experience in itself to see how the robots works it is very clever and I think it works really well. I think the price is very reasonable for the food you get good quality and good quantity. The staff was very helpful and the manager was so lovely. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back next time I’ll bring the children because they’ll love the robot! I’m such a fussy eater and get the basics from a Chinese takeaway so now I’ve managed to try different Chinese food and realised what I’ve been missing out on!”
