“This shop only want cash,so they dont need to pay actual tax to goverment, if u pay by card they charge u £1 extra, very rude , this shop people need to learn to say thank you to custmer, prefer john chippy. You can pay by cards and very nice atmosphere , dont support that chicky business.”

“We ordered our food, took it home and the food was disgusting. The chow mein was dry, the gravy was bland, the cheese tasted plastic and the scraps were burnt. We payed 17 pounds for a disgusting meal, when I called I started the phone call (intending to ask for a refund) with: "Hi I'm so sorry but I just ordered here and wasn't satisfied with the meal and was hoping to get a refund" the man on the other line immediately started yelling, cutting me off, and telling me I didn't know what i was talking about and was trying to get a refund even though there is nothing wrong with his amazing food. He even insulted where I am from judging my accent and making rude comments. His attitude was just as disgusting as the food and this place is a disappointing scam. Stay clear.”
