  “Food was delivered 25 minutes late, salt and chilli chicken tastes like fish and very dry. Bbq spare ribs are not bbq flavour they're in some other sauce and salt & chilli chips are below average.”

  “Orfered Beef Curry with egg fried rice Beef was terrible went back and complained after long conversation they did not agree that it was terrible and they only use the best beef no refund no pay by card Smell got my money can't get . With reference to your reply to my review I did not order a r gluten free food as it says at the beginning of my review I ordered beef curry with egg fried rice. I did not order any gluten free food so this is just lies I spend quite lot of money over twelve month but no more and I find the reply staggering gluten free was never ordered buyer beware”

  “Ordered duck with spring onions and ginger and pineapple it was awful 😔 the duck was full ove fat and the sauce was like bisto gravy. My partner ordered chicken vermicelli Which was like a dry block ove noddels. Can please get back to me refarance a refund our please try again and replace order every one makes mistakes.   “Absolutely awful experience. The beef and chicken in our order were undercooked, making the food inedible. We took it straight back to the takeaway to explain the problem, but they refused to accept our complaint or offer any refund. The customer service was just as disappointing as the food. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they dismissed our concerns completely. I won’t be ordering from here again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing.”

  “I was recommended this place because I have coeliac disease and haven’t had a Chinese forever because of the gluten free needs. Food arrived within 25 minutes, it was piping hot and delicious. They even threw in extras. Will definitely be ordering from here again.”

  “Really nice takeaway. I almost always get special fried rice it's really good, my girlfriend loves the fact there are lots of vegetarian options. I always collect as I'm around the corner, it's always no fuss quickly prepared and polite staff.”

  “Have ordered here for years and have never had one complaint before now. Placed an order at 5.30pm. By 7pm no delivery. Contacted them only to find out that the counter girl had ‘forgotten’ to pass our order to the kitchen. A £60 order. Verbal apology from the owner but no offer on compensation and still had to wait for an hour for the order to arrive. If recommend any orders you place online to call up and check they’ve been passed for cooking!”

  “Been regular loyal customers for years but after tonight I'm nit sure that's now the case... Ordered for collection, picked up the food, realised we were missing an item when we got home (we live 1 street over) rang Oriental and was told that we had to pay for it to be delivered! Then after arguing how unfair it was (as she admitted it was there mistake) we were told they would deliver it for free but it would be a half an hour wait as the other deliveries weren't in the area...(why they cant deliver it before the others is beyond me)”
